If a user has been issued the Add workstations to a domain right, then he or she can create up to 10 computer accounts in a domain.īy default, normal domain users have been delegated permission to add up to 10 computers to the domain. Only members of the Administrators group, Account Operators group, Domain Admins group, Enterprise Admins group, or a user or group that has been delegated authority can create a new account.
